Urban Angler client Bob R. with his first tarpon, caught in Boca Grande, FL with Captain Austin Lowder on July 9th. Way to go Bob. Update... three more jumped and two landed today, July 10th!

Worldwide traveler and angler Taft R took another trip to Mongolia to chase the highly sought after taimen.  He wrote briefly in an e-mail:

"Yo Richie,

 Another good trip to Mongolia although getting to and from remains a pain in the ass.  46in taimen on the fly with the two hander, Ur River, Northern Mongolia, June '09.  Set up two TCRs, one all floating and the other with a type 2.  Raised 44 and landed 14 with action every day. Water very clear.

Life is good...Taft"
